Terms and conditions

StreamGen, a product of WEBSSON d.o.o.

Effective date: [launch date] · Version 1.0

1. Who we are and how these terms work

1.1 StreamGen is made and sold by WEBSSON d.o.o., a Croatian company that also makes Uppcoder. Our company details are in our legal notice.

1.2 StreamGen is sold under the same general terms and conditions as Uppcoder: portal.uppcoder.com/terms. They apply to StreamGen in full, including the definitions, your rights as a consumer, the right to cancel, liability, and governing law. Where they say “Uppcoder” or “the Services”, read “StreamGen”. This page adds what is specific to StreamGen; where the two differ, this page wins.

2. The licence

2.1 A StreamGen plan (Starter or Professional, monthly or yearly) gives you a licence to use StreamGen for the plan’s limits, for as long as the plan is paid. The licence is personal to you or your organisation and may not be resold or shared outside it.

2.2 After payment we email you a licence key. You enter it in your StreamGen install. Keep it private: anyone with your key can use your licence.

2.3 Plans renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; the licence stays valid to the end of the period you have paid for. Payments are taken by our payment provider, Stripe.

2.4 If a renewal payment fails, or a plan ends, StreamGen tells you and keeps working for a grace period of 14 days. After that it stops letting you build and deploy new versions until a licence is active again. We never delete your apps or your data because a licence has lapsed.

2.5 Enterprise plans are agreed in writing and may vary these terms.

3. Where StreamGen runs

3.1 On Uppcoder. If you run StreamGen on Uppcoder, the hosting is a separate Uppcoder service, billed by Uppcoder on its own plans and under its own terms. Your StreamGen licence is unaffected by which Uppcoder plan you choose.

3.2 On your own network. If you run StreamGen yourself, your licence includes access to the StreamGen container image and its updates for as long as the licence is active. You are responsible for the servers, network, database, backups and security of your install. We support the StreamGen software; we do not support your infrastructure.

4. Your Snowflake account and your data

4.1 StreamGen connects to your Snowflake account with credentials you provide, and deploys apps into it at your request. What runs in your Snowflake account, and what it costs there, is between you and Snowflake.

4.2 Apps that StreamGen generates for you are yours. You may change them, keep them and use them after your licence ends.

4.3 Whether StreamGen’s AI agent uses Snowflake Cortex or another AI service depends on how your install is configured; the install tells you which.

5. The free demo

The free demo runs for 2 hours on Uppcoder, on sample data, with no account needed. It is provided as is, for evaluation only. Do not put real or personal data into it.
